Born and raised in Philadelphia, Abe graduated from New York University's Stern Undergraduate College with a degree in Finance and International Business. In 2004, he began his career in finance, working in a variety of roles including asset management and investment banking. In 2013, Abe moved back to Philadelphia and founded Two River Development, a vertically integrated development and construction firm. In 2017, he joined forces with his brother, Solomon, and today they are actively pursuing their vision of providing high quality affordable housing for Philadelphians. Abe focuses on raising capital, securing debt financing, identifying properties and professional networking.

SOLOMON SILBER

With both an Undergraduate and Masters degree from Yale University, Solomon Silber spent his early career as a classical guitarist and producer. After managing music studios and touring, Solomon returned to Philadelphia in 2017 and joined his brother at Two River Development. Solomon manages both the general contracting and property management divisions.

With over 15 years of experience, Dale Brandon oversees the property management division of Two River. Having previously worked for Monster Plumbing, Dale is a seasoned plumber and mechanic. He expertly manages all aspects of property management, from showings to repairs and maintenance coordination. Dale interfaces directly with all tenants, ensuring the team delivers comprehensive support to all residents. His expertise includes general contracting, plumbing, and property management.

With over 30 years of experience as a construction consultant in both residential and commercial sectors, Victor Serrano brings exceptional leadership to Two River Developments' construction division. Having previously worked at Paradise Management and running his own general contracting firm, Victor is an expert finish carpenter. He oversees all Two River construction projects and subcontractors, managing everything from demolition to finish work with precision and expertise.

Alfred Cedilla, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate, leverages a decade-long career in the Call Center industry to excel in his role as Tenant Relations, Rent Collections, and Maintenance Coordinator at Two River. Transitioning to the Virtual Assistant industry, he honed client support skills in the Air BNB sector for two years. In his current role, Jem manages communications, oversees rent collections, and coordinates maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient property operations and tenant satisfaction. With his strong communication skills and attention to detail, Jem contributes to the seamless functioning of Two River's property management activities.
